Delivery
Delivery takes place in Switzerland through Swiss mail. In Germany through German mail.
The price of purchase includes the total costs of delivery (postage and packing), which are
for Schuhlöffels account.

Delivery failure
If we are unable to deliver we shall inform you accordingly. Failure in delivery can arise when we
are unable to keep up production due to too many orders.

Payment
You have the possibility to complete your order by credit card or by payment in advance.
Payment by credit card is done in code through the Paypal system. Should you choose payment
in advance, you have the possibility to transfer your payment to a German or a Swiss bank account.

Minimal quantity
We are pleased to deliver as from 1 piece.

Right of return
We guarantee a right to change and return of not used, perfect and originally packed goods within 10 days after goods have been received. Returning is on your account.

Complaints
In case of complaints about the goods or delivery you have to inform us by E-mail (contact form)
within 48 hours.

Prices
All prices are nett prices including postage and packing.
