I order for the first time

Should you choose payment in advance you have the possibility to transfer to a bank account in Germany or in Switzerland. All data regarding this account will be forwarded to you in the e-mail which confirms your order.

After conclusion of the order you receive an e-mail, in which we confirm your order.

After receipt of payment the order will be forwarded within 2 working days. In case you do not like the shoehorn, you have the possibility to send the goods back within 14 days.
